The main bedroom features a south facing window so you can wake up to the amazing site of the sun hitting Pikes Peak. A luxurious queen-sized bed allows for a peaceful night’s rest. The additional bedroom contains a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle. Plenty of room for the kids! For your enjoyment, toys, books, and family games are provided.

You will have a private entrance with your own security code. Enjoy the private patio at the end of the day while watching a beautiful Colorado sunset as it slips behind the front range mountains.

  • Walmart and Safeway are both located in the town of Elizabeth which is 12 miles to the west. Both stores have full pharmacies and offer grocery pickup.
  • The kitchen is furnished with pots, pans, pizza pan, utensils, dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses and wine glasses. All other items (other than the coffee bar items) will need to brought with you.
  • There are a number of great restaurants with different cuisine options in Elizabeth and Kiowa, as well as fast-food places in Elizabeth.
  • Well behaved, house broke dogs are allowed, however they MUST be on a leash at all times while on the property. Even though the property is fully fenced and gated, the leash rule is for the safety of your dog as well as the owner’s livestock and dogs. Not complying with this rule may result in you being asked to the leave the property immediately with no refund.

Although the apartment is NOT specifically designed to ADA standards, it is handicapped accessible to a degree. The doors are able to accommodate a narrower chair and the living space is one level. Please contact us if you have specific questions or needs.

Don’t leave without your morning coffee!

Different flavors of k-cup coffees and even hot chocolate is available as well as creamers, sweeteners and travel cups to help get you going in the morning. A traditional coffee maker with filters is also available for those that require more than a K-cup. Bring your own favorite coffee grounds.
